Overview
We endeavour to provide accurate images of our products. Due to different device settings colours may appear slightly different when you receive your item. Please take this into consideration before purchasing an item.
We endeavour to ensure that our products are made with care and are of high quality. Should you be unhappy with your product, please contact us to discuss your concerns.
Please note that we do not accept any returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive to ensure it has not been damaged in transit. If you notice any damage, make notes of the damage and take photos and do not accept the damaged goods. If the driver will not accept the the package, write damaged and do not sign. If your item(s) arrived damaged, we ask that you document the damage immediately and send photos to our email address. We will process an insurance claim on your behalf (limited to the terms and conditions of the courier).
Refunds for damaged goods will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.
Cancellation
We offer cancellations on purchases made of the goods and services offered on our Website. We offer cancellations only prior to shipment and prior to performance of the service, subject to the terms and conditions of the particular service.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. You will not be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel your purchase. We will issue you a refund of the full purchase price that you paid if you cancel your purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
