We offer goods and services on this Website. The price of these goods and services found on the Website are current at the time of display. This price includes all applicable taxes, duties, levies, fees, and additional charges. These prices are subject to variation without notice. We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.

Purchases

When you make a purchase on the Website, you will be able to choose the third party payment processor that will collect your payment information and process your payment. You may make purchases using the following third party payment processors: PayPal. We are not responsible for the collection, use, sharing or security of your billing information by these third party payment processors.

Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel your purchase prior to shipment and prior to performance of the service at our sole discretion at any time. We will not provide you with any notice prior to cancelling your purchase. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms of Service herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.

We will issue you a refund of the full purchase price that you paid if we cancel your purchase.

Cancellation by you

We offer cancellations on purchases made of the goods and services offered on our Website. We offer cancellations only prior to shipment and prior to performance of the service, subject to the terms and conditions of the particular service.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. You will not be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel your purchase. We will issue you a refund of the full purchase price that you paid if you cancel your purchase.

Shipping policy

When you purchase our goods, the cost of the shipping will be calculated and presented to you during the checkout process. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Please note that all orders posted will be sent with authority to leave at premises unless you personally request otherwise. Please contact us if you do not wish for your order to be left on premises.

We offer shipping worldwide and utilise preferred packers and freight forwarders for shipping. Insurance is included in the cost. The sculptures are shipped fully enclosed in a professionally constructed packaging container. Each packaging container is built to specification. For guitars, the rough dimensions of the packaging container are 1270x570x575mm and the total weight (including guitar and stand) varies, but can be up to 65kg.

All international shipments are Australian GST exempt, but you will be liable to pay customs duty on your item before collection at its destination.

Please note, insurance is included on your shipment so enter zero when calculating duty.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.

Refund policy

Please note that we do not accept any returns for change of mind.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive to ensure it has not been damaged in transit. If you notice any damage, make notes of the damage, take photos and do not accept the damaged goods. If the driver will not accept the package, write damaged and do not sign. If your item(s) arrived damaged, we ask that you document the damage immediately and send photos to our email address. We will process an insurance claim on your behalf (limited to the terms and conditions of the courier).

We endeavour to ensure that our products are made with care and are of high quality. Should you be unhappy with your product, please contact us to discuss your concerns.

We endeavour to provide accurate images of our products. Due to different device settings colours may appear slightly different when you receive your item. Please take this into consideration before purchasing an item.

When you create an account on our Website, you guarantee that you are 18 years of age or older and that the information that you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Website.
